    Usage of b2in eventing, BRIL common dataformat

    We build a xdaq application subscribes to bcm1fagghist and beam topics from brildata eventing. We collect channel 1-16, algorithm SUM of the bcm1fagg histogram to build bcm1flumi and publish it to the eventing on every lumi section change; We collect channel 17-32 , algorithm SUM of the histogram to build bcm1fbkg and publish it to the eventing on every change of 4 nibbles. beamstatus flag extracted from the beam topic is used to determine the NOSTORE flag of the outgoing topics.
