Goals for the session
a) Theory: List all ancillary theoretical and experimental work that would help sharpen the SM prediction for various ratios R.
b) Experiments: Status and prospects for additional measurements required for B and D meson decays necessary to improve the precision of R measurements: i.e. the projected systematic uncertainties for signal, normalization, and backgrounds, and control samples for efficiency studies and improvements of simulations.
