Description

Goals for the session:
Theory: Overview of potential non-SM processes that might contribute to semitauonic B decays. Proposals for discriminating variables, like tau and D(*) momenta, angular distributions and polarization, that are less sensitive to theoretical uncertainties.
Experiments: Current and future methods to distinguish contributions from potential non-SM processes form SM ones, based on differential distributions for specific models or model independent approaches.
