LHCP 2018 Program Committee meeting (I)

At this meeting (intended not to last longer than ~1 hour), we plan to discuss the following items:

- the top-level programme, that has already been discussed within the Steering Committee and sent for feedback to the International Advisory Committee. While this top-level programme has to take into account several constraints related to local facilities and similar, some modifications should still be possible if deemed necessary.

- any special focus to be put on the various plenary sessions? This could include a first discussion of possible topics for plenary talks and possibly some ideas for speakers, albeit not with the goal of concluding at this stage, obviously.

- a proposal to include dedicated discussion time in each parallel and plenary session

- first proposals for names of the chair persons for the parallel sessions

- assignments of future tasks/charges to the members of the PC
