The 3rd n_TOF Winter School is meant to cover the most important topics related to nuclear and neutron physics. The school is specially dedicated to n_TOF PhD students but is also open for other n_TOF members. In addition to the sub-MeV domain the scope of the school is to cover the higher energy range which is specific to n_TOF. A large place is dedicated to theoretical description of reactions over the broad energy range, with some practical exercises.
