      Stakeholder Management 25m

      Summary :
Stakeholder management is about creating positive relationships with the stakeholders
by appropriately managing their expectations and the objectives that are agreed upon.
It is perhaps one of the most critical areas when managing projects. In a collaborative
blend of short tutorials and an interactive stakeholder game, the participants will review
the stakeholder management process and tools and will experience the difficulties that a
      project manager may encounter.
