Speaker notification: 1 March
Conference registration: 10 March
Conference fee payment: 10 March
Abstract
If you wish to give a talk or to present a poster (or both), please use the online form found here, where you will also find the guidelines for submission. Note that abstracts submitted after 1 February will not be considered for a talk.
Oral Presentations
Speakers will be notified on 1 March and will at that point be able to upload their slides in the "My contributions" tab (you have to be logged in). We ask that you upload the slides in the PDF format as soon as they are ready.
Posters
There will be a dedicated poster session.
