How to submit
A CERN INDICO account is required for abstract submission. If you don't have an account yet you may sign up with one of the following:
- CERN account
- Lightweight (external) CERN account (click here to register)
- Google
- Facebook
- Windows Live
- Yahoo
- Orange
- Or your organization/institution account (if supported)
Once you have one of the above mentioned accounts you may link it to the INDICO system by clicking "login" on the top right corner. Next step is to click the "Submit new abstract" button.
Length
The length of the abstract should be no more than 1 page. This can be checked after you have submitted your abstract by clicking the "Export to PDF" button after submitting. Note that you can edit you submission at any time before the edit deadline (15 April).
Math input
You may include Latex style math in your abstract but if you do so, please follow these guidelines.
If you want to include a equation in your abstract please use the following syntax:
$\psi(x) = Ae^{-x^2/2\sigma^2}$
DO NOT USE
\begin{math}
\psi(x) = Ae^{-x^2/2\sigma^2}
\end{math}
as this will NOT show up correctly in the book of abstracts.
