An important review of aspects of ROD training that are often overlooked. There will also be a live demonstration of the latest Symphony Dashboard.

Pre-requisites: This pre-cod session is by for experienced people and teams in regional operations.
Training for new staff starting on operations internally to the regions are handled by the current ROCs since June 2009. Should there be specific requests from ROCs, these should be filed separately by the current ROC directly to hcordier@spamnotin2p3.fr with cc project-eu-egee-sa1-c-cod-followup@cern.ch.
