To register for Toyama Mini-Workshop BURI2018, please log in to the CERN indico system and fill up the following form.

Registration fee:
-) 12,000 JPY (Faculties, Postdocs and JSPS Fellow Students)
-) 10,000 JPY (Students (non-JSPS-Fellows))
-) 5,000 JPY (without banquet)

The payment must be done with cash (JPY) upon on-site registration. Unfortunately, we do not accept any credit card.
