As the dashboard with Nagios is about to be released for testing early November, the differences in the current workflow with SAM should be identified as early as possible

15:00 → 15:20 Weekly reports for RODs

proposal: RODs should send reports (similar to current ROC reports) for last week (on Monday) with explanation about each item which appears on the C-COD dashboard. C-COD would stop sending mails to RODs each time something appears on the C-COD dashboard and start to analyze ROD metrics to track if there were something "unusual".
