WIT Lecture with the UEFA Education, Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Sara Holmgren, where we will learn about the initiatives that UEFA is currently running as an organisation to build a more diverse and inclusive working place. The presentation will cover internal research initiatives, HR actions, education and development programmes, and an overall aspect of cultural change. CERN Diversity Office will also be present to give an overview of the organisation's activities in the context of Diversity.

Sara is responsible for the implementation and development of specific education programmes provided to UEFA’s member associations. In regards to gender equality, Sara has also been responsible for the UEFA Women in Football Leadership Programme (UEFA WFLP). This specific programme was developed to further support women within European football in progressing within the administration to take on decision making positions.

As per usual, talk will be followed by networking lunch in R2.
