Civil engineering (SMB)
- ALICE planning revision end of this week.
- ALICE drawings will be sent around this Friday.
- LHCb drawings (first version for technical specifications) expected for next week. Tender documents are in preparation (ready next Friday).
FAT in Madrid
- Water consumption was much higher (up to a factor four) than estimated. Does this have any implication on the installation (e. g. sizing of water pipes)? Automation to re-check numbers with Stulz.
- Automation to summarise FAT results in an official document.
- Why was the inside humidity not stable? Automation to ask Stulz.
- First hour of the test at 38° C outside air temperature was not recorded.
- Temperature window around the set point was +/- 1.5° C instead of +/- 0.5° C.
Johannes asked whether a temperature window of +1/-2° C could be agreed on.
Module FAT in Belgium
- Johannes to check ALICE availability in week 30.
- Johannes requests the test of the ALICE IT module to be done with the maximum load (528 kW) and that a test with Delta T = 10° C be included.
- Resistance of earthing system of the container to be defined with a reasonable number for the FAT, e. g. 0.5 Ohm.
Power cables
- Automation to send specifications. ALICE/LHCb to check lead time if the cables are ordered via the CERN store.
A. O. B.
- The first ALICE module is scheduled to arrive at Automation on Monday.
