Jim: a KNL is a good platform to try to go to 64 domains

Philippe observes that Andrei might have been working on something similar to the numa executor

FCC analysis

Action: identify the smallest Heppy "algorithm" to be integrated with TDF which is the eventloop manager. We believe that lowering the event loop to the C/C++ layer. In addition, Javi remarks that relying on TDF will also have the advantage of piggying back on the distribution of work on different backends.
