Description
The production of standard, and the development of new, target and ion
source units, will be reviewed for 2006 at CERN-ISOLDE. About 20 standard
units were produced and 5 prototypes developped and tested. Our Task is plit
between the production of the units, R&D activities, and tests of the intensity
and quality of the delivered Radioisotope Ion Beams. Organization of the
activity will be described and issues related to time constraints, human and
material ressources more particularly addressed. Specificity of the year 2006
will also be highlighted.
