Description
2006 has been a difficult year for the operation of the
accelerator chain. In this presentation an overview of
the major faults occurring during operation of the
accelerators and their implications on the 2006 running
period will be given. The faults will be categorized and
the impact for different users discussed. An attempt will
be made to point out possible improvement measures.
