EWWG admin meeting
Further discussion on June 15
Friday afternoon session
General discussion on common UE issues, following up on precision measurement needs, and tuning talk from V+jets group (few slides intro)
Wildcard discussion (overflow on identified topic)
Summary talk of common issues + plans for common activities/comparisons/combinations + discussion of report timelines
June 21/22 Agenda suggestions
In General: no "theory XXX overview" or "latest results from experiment XXX" anymore (we had this in December).
We rather suggest topical talks, combined experimental and theory.
Proposal for agenda:
Each group has 3 hours which could comprise e.g. three topical talks. Each session should finish with a general discussion of the status and the concrete plans for the next months, based on one (or a few) slides. On Friday afternoon, we will have overview talks on topics which related to all three subgroups, like PDF, UE, or a Global EW fit
June 21:
Morning: subgroup session 1
Afternoon: subgroup session 2
June 22:
morning: subgroup session 3
Afternoon: common topics talks
We have drafted a very preliminary proposal, how the session could be structured. But as opposed to the topics for the Precision WG, which have been discussed already during last week's workshop, the lists for the other groups should just be considered examples. Please give us feedback how you would like to structure your 3-h session.
