Dear Students,

We warmly invite you to register to your upcoming CERN visit.

There are two successive steps to confirm your identity in order to obtain a temporary access badge:

1. Register and indicate your first name, last name and email address.

2. You will receive an automatic notification for your registration to the email you have indicated in the previous step.

3. We have to approve your request in order for you to get the second registration form where you will have to indicate some personal information (birth date, country of birth and place of birth).

4. Once you have submitted this last step, you will receive a confirmation email that will allow you to download and print your temporary access card.

5. Please print and bring this card with you on the first day to enter the CERN site.

We recommend you to download the app “MapCERN” prior to your arrival which will help you to find your way.

The Hostel Reception is located in building 39. Please enter the site via the CERN Reception or Entrance B (for more info refer to the enclosed document).

On Thursday, 21 June, we will meet you at Restaurant 1 (building 501) and have dinner together.

The next morning, Friday 22 June, we will meet you at 08:30 in front of the CERN Reception (building 33).
