Position of DN200 valves - options and decesion 20m

      Functional Specification of Rob:
On the longer hydraulic sector a minimum of 8xDN200 insulation vacuum release valves 8xDN200 (CERN drawing LHCQBA_S0202 for cryodipole plug) and on the shorter hydraulic sector 5xDN200 valve will be installed. The minimal number of 8xDN200 valves are approximately equidistantly spread over the entire hydraulic sector (one on each magnet cryostat), whereas the 5xDN200 valves are to be placed not further than 15 m distance from the cryogenic bypass. As long as these 5xDN200 are within 15 m of the cryogenic bypass, there is no requirement as to their spacing. The cryostat pressure will be limited to 1.5 bar under all identified MCI conditions. The calculation follows the MCI outlined in [5].
