Aim:
- have an EDMS document with detailed plan for PSB commissioning after LS2: define list of beams and, for each of them, the required commissioning steps (including RF) ==> define a common planning with all the users.
- Provide the users with “beam readiness” compatible with PSB planning by the end of the year.
- Agree on which beams have to be ready and when with PS and SPS (still need detailed RF plans), coordination with Verena and Giovanni’s WG.
Actions:
- Chiara will send Bettina the original commissioning document with the few mentioned change (ASAP).
- Prepare new EDMS document environment (Gian Piero)
- Prepare skeleton of new document to be discussed at next meeting (Chiara)
- Start functional specifications document for longitudinal painting and interface with Philippe (Simon and Vincenzo). In particular interlocking and injection synchronisation.
- Send invitation for weekly meetings every Tuesday morning starting on September 4th to PSB supervisors, Chiara (Chiara)
- Setup indico page (Gian Piero)
Topics for future discussions :
- Production of LHCINDIV and LHCProbe (see if the 500 ns is a strong limitation)
- Plans for 1.4 GeV and 2 GeV cycles
- Flat-bottom injection for ISOLDE.
