Agreed on a new document which takes inspiration from Bettina’s one but contains less text and more tables and bullets to allow an easier handling of the information

Content for each beam:

prerequisites, machine settings (rings, RF, etc.), interlocks, diagnostics, needed experts, beam characteristics from Linac4, commissioning time, step procedures.

Actions for next meeting (on September 18th):

Prepare template table with beam from Linac4 characteristics and main machine settings (Chiara and Vincenzo)

Step procedure for commissioning beam (Bettina and Gian Piero)

Start looking at available and needed applications for each commissioning step (Jean-Francois)
