Description
The notion of relative complexity between quantum states can be formulated as a geodesic problem in some manifold. After reviewing the holographic conjectures proposed to capture this notion (motivated by black hole physics) and the technical progress on how to compute them, we will discuss some ongoing investigation to study the variations in complexity in an attempt to describe whether a first law of complexity exists and what we can learn from its existence.
