We have opened for external participants to join the CERN Entrepreneurship Meet-Ups located at CERN's IdeaSquare. This is great, but getting access to the CERN site is not always easy - so please read this thoroughly.
Please register before Monday 22nd at 20.00. Upon registration, you will need to complete the information and request a CERN badge. Then, I will have to accept your request. When I have done this, you will receive a mail saying that your request is accepted. When everything is ok, you will receive an access code and a CERN 'visitor badge'. Remember to print your badge either at home or at the CERN reception before 17.45, and bring an ID to show the guards along with this at the gate.
During the last EM-U, we had some issues with access although people had the visitor cards. We will talk with them facing this next EM-U to avoid this, and it should not be a problem as long as you register correctly.
