Scale-out databases. Kudu, hbase, nxcals, atlas event index, BE-ICS (Scada) 1h
This meeting is to discuss the current situation, what we are offering and what we plan to offer on this front. Given that some of our users will go already to production with certain technologies (eg: nxcals hbase) and others still have to make the move (atlas event index and scada).
What level of support will be able to offer, what should we consolidate on to better handle the expertise of the section. What are the bets we can make, and how can we protect ourselves in reducing the risk on unsupported technology.
(Normally the next topic would have been SWAN and Spark but there is a meeting on tuesday with Atlas about what kind of support they can expect with kudu).
