Become a TEDxCERN volunteer!
The 5th edition of TEDxCERN will take place on November 20th at the Bâtiment de Forces Motrices in Geneva. A pre-event panel will be organized on November 19th at the Globe.
The theme for the event is 'The Elephant in the Room', and it will explore the kind of transformative scientific innovation that is impacting the world we live in across a wide range of disciplines. More info: https://tedxcern.web.cern.ch/
If you are a member of CERN Community and are interested to volunteer for the event, save the date in your agenda and fill in this form.
The number of interested people exceeds our needs, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a volunteer status to everyone. Priority will be given to people who can make themselves available for several shifts.

Language
- English is mandatory for this event.
- French is definitely a plus.
Conditions
The volunteers will receive a t-shirt, and will have access to a catering on the day of the event.
Briefing session
A briefing session will be organized on Thursday 15 November at 17:00 at the Globe. The presence of all volunteers is mandatory at this session.
Info: If you are appointed to a slot outside of CERN during working hours, you will have to complete an absence request on EDH, and choose official trip as the type of absence. Specify in the comments that you volunteer for TEDxCERN. It is important to do it for insurance reasons.
