FEE
An early registration fee of 300 € + V.A.T. will cover conference costs for those who register by July 31st, 2019. After this date, the registration fee will be 350 € + V.A.T..
The fee for PhD students will be 300 € + V.A.T., regardless of the registration date.
The registration fee covers 4 buffet lunches near the conference venue, coffee breaks and social events.
The fee will be paid directly on Tuesday morning during the registration time at the Conference Venue. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
For INFN partecipant: please inform your Secretariat in advance in order to proceed with the "split payment".
VISAS
Participants requiring a visa should register as soon as possible and apply, sending an email to simone.pacetti@unipg.it, by June 10th at latest, to ensure the visa application is processed before the conference starts.
