The first of the rebranded SGD topical meetups. This session will focus on visualising multivariate data.

Data can be manipulated. The way we understand the information passed to us is influenced greatly by how it is represented visually. The same trick that can be used to mislead people by misrepresenting data can be used to explore trends and guide further investigations.

In this meetup you will get the chance to meet fellow data analysts and investigate some common tools for data visualisation, discuss the merits of each, and hear some world leaders in their field discus the frontiers of understanding data in more than one dimension.
