Forum registration can be paid in cash (US dollars please) at the registration desk or with credit card. Follow the instructions for payment after filling out the registration form.
There is NO central booking for hotels or flights. Beware of callers asking to set up hotel and registration, these are not set up by local or international committee and are phishing calls.
