Storage sub-WG phoneconf

Discuss progress within storage sub-WG and in particular:

- Web page: http://w3.hepix.org/techwatch/storage.html

- Status of working document 

- Relationship with memory sub-WG (document). Where to draw the line between memory and storage? SSD is clearly storage, but SCM (which appears now in both documents), where do we want to place it? Once the line is agreed, we then need to clean up both documents. 

- Also, what we had named “storage infrastructure” needs to be clarified. Initially, the idea was to have this as a section to discuss the technology behind and around storage-specific expansion slots (bays. disk arrays with SAS et al. connectivity). I think it’s a good moment to clean this up too.
