Slides should be ready before the next plenary call of HTW, so we have a couple of weeks to prepare.
Shawn and Marian will produce the slides for NFV.
There is a ATLAS site jamboree at CERN on the 8th of March (https://indico.cern.ch/event/770307/). Shawn has been asked to present Networking for Tier2s. Shawn and Marian will make the presentation, anything from the sub-WG is welcome. Where do we want to put their attention to, what bandwidth they will need, which software features they will need in network devices.

The talk in HEPiX will be given by one presenter that has not been identified yet.
Rolf and Shawn will be at HEPiX. Edoardo won't.
