          From ROC DECH:
          Planned Downtime:
Site OUTAGE on 13th of January - 07:00 - 17:00 UTC. Draining of queues has begun.
Complete site downtime necessary due to the following maintenance work:
          - replacement of core router
          - OS upgrade on central file servers

Regional services will be up as good as possible (only very short interruptions expected).
          ATLAS-LFC: up
          LHCB-LFC: down
          BDII: up
          FTS: STAR-T2 and T2-STAR up except STAR-TUDRESDENZIH and STAR-UNISIEGENHEP

          From ROC UKI:
          1) A few oddities appear with the ROC report this week (as last week). UKI-NORTHGRID-LANCS-HEP for example shows the site flipping in and out of downtime with SAM failures when out. Sites like UKI-SOUTHGRID-OX-HEP does something similar while some such as UKI-LONDON-Brunel have truncated downtime graphs showing just a part of the reporting period. Some of this behaviour may be correct but I do not understand what the report is showing me.

          2) Sites generally ran well "at risk" over the holiday period though air-conditioning and electrical problems affected a couple.
