Rolf has modified the structure with Include files. The structure is approved, so Rolf will finish to update the page.

It works and it allows simultaneus online editing.

The presentation will be moved from gDocs to CERNbox. Iy will be saved in .odp since preferedded by both Rolf and Edoardo.
