      Weekly summary and plan for the next week :

      ALICE :  5 IROCs should arrive in the first week of March, and 2 OROCs in the second week of March. Therefore when the chambers arrive in March we would like to request 4 slots

      ATLAS-MM :  SM1 (module7) kept in bunker, GC test  tomorrow, then removed.
                              More chambers next week.

      CMS-RPC :  Upcoming - 1 week test for FE electronics with priority for the access / bunker
                           Cosmic run with Scintillator / filter 2.2. or 6.9 - to be defined. Around ≈ 20. March.

                           New setup arriving 20-25.03  - IMPACT to be done

       CMS-RPC : EcoGas - safety visit for gas done.

      CMS-RPC trolley 1&3 :  3 days stable conditions - this weekend - filter 22.  
                        6.9 for two hours at 16h

      sTGC : with one electronic test chamber
                   source scan 3h 600-1  after MM (13h)
                   repeat filter scan on Monday after access for ALICE.

      Access for Friday around 9h for 1h
       
      sTGC Production :  return Mid-March


      EP-DT2  : next week Thursday 3h at 22 filter

      CMS-GEM 1&2


      EP-DT1 : need some access (30 min) after the meeting to check some issue with Ar supply 

      ATLAS-RPC  : 3h source ON/OFF with filter 1, short access - Friday afternoon  

      CMS-DT MB 1&2 

      CMS-CSC: resuming radiation. Continuing until bunker extension.
                         Monday afternoon, stable conditions upstream needed.

      Correction of Irradiator Signals after power cut.
      Since installation of UPS, the Irradiator signals UNSAFE after a power cut, independently if the source was ON or OFF at the time. In reality, source will always be in safe position after power cut. Power cycle controls in control room to get correct status.

       

      PyTIMBER :

          Additional values need to be collected/republished ?
              - REMUS  - to be included in GIF Display
              - XTDV - to be included in pytimber only

        Bunker layout frozen, work started already.

        Next step : Re-arrange wall behind electrical switchboard 
        -> Announce power cut NEXT WEDNESDAY 13.02 at 9h for less than 2h.                                                                                   ->Due to a problem with a breaker upstream, the facility couldn't be restarted before 03.40 pm

        Currently estimated start : Either early July or early September.  (before or after August)
        If we want July, we have to push now.

        General Guideline : One IMPACT per setup.

         

        • two chambers on individual supports -> 2 IMPACT declarations
        • multiple chambers swapped on same or similar support -> one IMPACT declaration
        • basically, if you need two locations, please make two IMPACT declaration (clone)

        Each Setup should have IMPACT label attached with number.
        Attached documents : CAD file  or  picture.
        Review working hours : if your declaration includes the bunker area, please state the number of hours you want to stay INSIDE the bunker only (for RP purposes).

        Issue with ligth.  Button near access door should enable the light for additional 2h.
        We plan to keep the light over the GIF area active in the near future (change by EN-EL needed) -> NOT FEASABLE

        Locked door on Saleve side.
        Proposal top remove the cylinder to avoid the guard locking the door during night times.  -> Cylinder HAS BEEN REMOVED
