Description des ateliers
Atelier de robotique – Poppy Ergo Jr. (6-9 ans et 10-14 ans)
Découvrez comment programmer un robot et interagir avec lui. Le robot « Poppy Ergo Jr » est un bras articulé conçu pour l'éducation. Grâce à son interface de programmation visuelle et son mode d’apprentissage par l’exemple, il peut être utilisé par tout un chacun sans restriction d’âge et sans aucunes connaissances préalables. Grâce aux ingénieur.e.s du CERN et au robot Poppy, vous saurez tout sur les robots, l’usage qu’on en fait au CERN et le rôle des automates dans la science moderne.
Atelier informatique (10-14 ans)
Tu souhaites faire tes premiers pas en tant que programmatrice ? 
Cet atelier présente les bases du codage et de la logique à travers des défis à résoudre en binôme. Il est mené par des tutrices du collectif « Femmes dans la technologie » du CERN.
Introduction à la programmation et à l'informatique (6-9 ans)
De quoi sont fait les ordinateurs ? Comment réfléchissent-ils ? Cet atelier est une introduction à des concepts parmi les plus fondamentaux de la science informatique. Les outils utilisés ? Des stylos, du papier, et surtout beaucoup de créativité et de curiosité ! Il est mené par des tutrices du collectif « Femmes dans la technologie » du CERN.

Workshops description
Robotics Workshop - Poppy Ergo Jr. (6-9 y/o and 10-14 y/o)
Learn how to program a robot and interact with it. "Poppy Ergo Jr" robot is an articulated arm designed for education. Thanks to its visual programing interface and its ability to learn from example, everyone without age restriction can use it without prior knowledge. Thanks to CERN researchers and to the Poppy robot, you will learn everything about robots, how CERN uses them and their role in modern science.
Computing Workshop (10-14 y/o)
Want to take your first step to being a programmer? 
This workshop will introduce you to the basics of coding and logic through challenges that you will solve in pairs. Our mentors from CERN’s Women in Technology Community will lead the group for this hour-long workshop.
Introduction to Programming and Computers (6-9 y/o)
What goes on inside computers? How do they think? These workshops introduce you to some of the most fundamental concepts. We will be using pens and paper; all you need to bring is your creativity and curiosity! Our mentors from CERN’s Women in Technology Community will lead the group for this hour-long workshop.
