      Weekly summary and plan for the next week :

       ------------------------

      ALICE :  2 chambers tested last week;                                                                                                                                                                2 chambers to be tested on Monday 11th when ATL-MM is done. The planning is the following: Monday 11/03 access                    around 9am. ATL-MM will remove the chamber and after that, Alice will start the test from 9:30am to 10.30am                                followed by a short access needed to remove both ALICE chambers.                                                                                                Next week on WED 13/03  other 4 small chambers expected. These last batch will conclude the ALICE test                                    campaign. 

      ATLAS-MM : still continuing to test 1 chamber SM1 (module6), installed last week, till Monday 11/03 morning
                              Today filter scan started before the meeting for 3 hours and will continue tomorrow morning as well                          (from 9am) for 2-3 hours. During the filter scan period the configuration will be 22  to 4.6.                                      Next week on WED 13/03 another chamber will arrive and will be installed inside the bunker (SM2                           - module 7).                                   

      EP-DT2  : 3hours in the afternoon (2pm to 5pm) for next week (filter from 22 to 10)
                       

      Otherwise : 4.6 filter for most of the week.

       

      EcoGas  - last chamber installed, staying on CMS-RPC gas mixture.
                          

      CMS-RPC :  Scan this afternoon 6.9  - 3h starting at 3pm after CMS-CSC source OFF (starting after ATL-MM                              source scan). In case 

                           Upcoming - 1 week test for FE electronics with priority for the access / bunker
                           Cosmic run with Scintillator / filter 2.2. or 6.9 - to be defined. Around ≈ 20. March.
                           New chambers arriving 20-25.03  - IMPACT to be done

      sTGC Production :  return Mid-March

      sTGC : QL1 test is over. Chamber removed from the bunker yesterday 06/03. QS2 installed yesterday 06/03                        1h test this afternoon with attenuation 1 after ATL-MM is done (it shoud start at 1pm).                                              5h source scan (filter from 600 to 1) on Monday at 11am (after ATL-MM and ALICE are over with both                  tests and access).
                  

      CMS-GEM 1&2 : Happy

      EP-DT1: No comment

      ATLAS-RPC  : No special request for this week.

      CMS-DT MB 1&2  :   No comment.

      LHCb : preparation to exchange chamber.  Installing it next Wednesday.

      CMS-CSC: Continuing radiation. Source OFF measurements today for 3 hours (after ATL-MM and ATL sTGC                          are done)

      Correction of Irradiator Signals after power cut.
      Since installation of UPS, the Irradiator signals UNSAFE after a power cut, independently if the source was ON or OFF at the time. In reality, source will always be in safe position after power cut. Power cycle controls in control room to get correct status.

       

      PyTIMBER :

          Additional values need to be collected/republished ?
              - REMUS  - to be included in GIF Display
              - XTDV - to be included in pytimber only

        Bunker layout frozen, work started already.

        Next step : Re-arrange wall behind electrical switchboard 
        -> Announce power cut NEXT WEDNESDAY 13.02 at 9h for less than 2h.                                                                                   ->Due to a problem with a breaker upstream, the facility couldn't be restarted before 03.40 pm

        Currently estimated start : Either early July or early September.  (before or after August)
        If we want July, we have to push now.

        General Guideline : One IMPACT per setup.

         

        • two chambers on individual supports -> 2 IMPACT declarations
        • multiple chambers swapped on same or similar support -> one IMPACT declaration
        • basically, if you need two locations, please make two IMPACT declaration (clone)

        Each Setup should have IMPACT label attached with number.
        Attached documents : CAD file  or  picture.
        Review working hours : if your declaration includes the bunker area, please state the number of hours you want to stay INSIDE the bunker only (for RP purposes).

        In principle we are not concerned, due to the fact that are not related to our infrastructure. Anyhow, to be sure we would announce to you, like that, in case we will have a power cut, you can react as soon as possible.

        Issue with ligth.  Button near access door should enable the light for additional 2h.
        We plan to keep the light over the GIF area active in the near future (change by EN-EL needed) -> NOT FEASABLE

        Locked door on Saleve side.
        Proposal top remove the cylinder to avoid the guard locking the door during night times.  -> Cylinder HAS BEEN REMOVED
