=================================
Dear Colleagues,
This is the final reminder about registering for the "2019 Linear Collider Community Meeting at EPFL-Lausanne, Switzerland”. The link to the registration page can be found at: https://indico.cern.ch/event/789524/
The draft programme is now almost complete and can be found at: https://indico.cern.ch/event/789524/timetable/#all.detailed
The key part of the meeting is the discussion about how to present the case for linear colliders at the Open Symposium in Granada, which is linked to formulating a strategy for future linear collider activities.
A short note describing such a strategy will be distributed to all participants early next week, opening for discussions. There will be also be possibilities to make short (~3 min) prepared intervention during the discussion Monday afternoon - with or without slides, to be followed up the continued discussions Tuesday.
The meeting will be open. It will start Monday 8.4 at 11:00 and conclude Tuesday 9.4 at 16:00.
The meeting is arranged on the initiative of LCB/IFCA and is supported by ECFA. CERN and EPFL act as local organisers.
The venue is the SwissTech convention centre at the EPFL campus: https://www.stcc.ch/fr/
Documents submitted to the European Strategy update process can be found at: http://linearcollider.web.cern.ch/content/european-strategy-document
