This is an event with vidyo to see how to improve cards for rooms with audiovisual equipment, for ex. 513-1-024 & 600-R-001.

This notice is clear to the user. I just changed some names to match with what is written in the control panel. I highlighted them in yellow in the notice.
When I did the test I had a problem with the step number 3. When I pressed the buttons "VIDEO CONF" and "EXT DESK" the LCD didn't show me all the time the vidyo screen. The vidyo is on HDMI 2 and sometimes the device switched on HDMI 1 or HDMI 3.

I had problems to do the tasks with this documentation because there had several problems with the room:
1. No batteries in the keyboard and in the mouse. I opened a ticket in audio visual support and this problem is solved now.
2. According to the user guide what is displayed in the main projector is supposed to be displayed on the right screen of the desk but it isn't. It is confusing for the user. I made a picture of the problem. You can find it in indico.
3. When I pressed the button "VIDEO CONF" the main projector displayed extended screen and the right screen of the desk displayed vidyo.
When these problems will be solved I will rewor on this documentation.
