We should review
• responsibilities/maintainers for the NCM-components (see current status on https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/ELFms/ComponentCernMaintainers )
• propose a CERN policy for components bug fixing, testing, announcement, use of test/preprod/prod
• document who maintains other templates such as:
o prod/site/cern_cc/rpms/addons/*
o prod/services/*
o package lists: prod/os/*/rpms/* (+ what about lists for rhes5 ?)
o prod/xen/*
o iptable pre-defined rules
o EPEL repository (pkg list and defaults, & upgrades)
