    Description

    This meeting is to start discussion on the scientific program for ASP2020. The dates agreed to in the previous discussion are:
    1) Students program: July 5-25, 2020;
    2) ASP Conference: July 9-15, 2020;
    3) Teachers program: July 13-17, 2020;
    4) ASP Forum: in the afternoon of July 15, 2020;
    Thus, the forum marks the end of the Conference and will be attended by the teachers and the students in addition by the lecturers present.
    5) High school outreach: July 20-24, 2020.

    Present: Anne, Christine, John, Steve and Ketevi

    We discussed the integration of the Scientific Program in particular the interplay between the Conference and the Student Program

    Ketevi will flesh out more details on his proposal to be discussed further. Steve will do another iteration on his proposal for integration.

    We also discussed the countries that intend to submit bids for ASP2022. We should collect the proposal by mid October latest to make a decision by December 2019. Christine has been following up on this.
