Site migration deadlines for CentOS7/Singularity 5m

      Dear ATLAS site support,

ATLAS has been pushing since last October sites to move to CentOS7 and to enable singularity. We set a soft deadline on the 1st of June. The SL6 WNs are creating non indifferent problems for analysis and for some production workflows and we need to move on to queue switch off dates. The SL6 queues will be switched to brokeroff and ultimately be put offline according to the following timetable:

      1) 15th of August SL6 analysis queues will be put in brokeroff - they will not receive jobs unless specifically directed to the site
      2) 15th of September SL6 analysis queues will be put offline - no more analysis jobs of any type will land on the site
      3) 15th of September production queues will be put in brokeroff - they will not receive jobs unless specifically directed to the site
      4) 15th of October all SL6 queues will be put offline no more jobs of any kind.

Please read the requirements about singularity [2]. Either you install it as part of the migration to centos7 and you are in charge of the configuration or you enable user namespace so that the experiment can use the installation in /cvmfs.

Please let us know what is your plan as soon as possible.
