Coordination between CERN and UK for the design of the cryomodule RFD

OVC:
-new concept designed by Nico Peray after some discussion with the workshop
-external stiffeners for valve plate (not solution found for the accessibility of screws)
-need of the vacuum tank in September (end of September in 2017 for DQW)

Thermal schield :
-concept of al panels with Ss pipes to be discussed

Transport frame :
-discuss the interfaces with the OVC (weld an additional plate on the cryomodule of connect directly to the OVC)
