Biweekly meeting: C++ Modules in ROOT

Attendance: David, Oksana, Vassil

Vassil: Working on reducing the boost.modulemap into more chunkable modules -- reduced a lot of overhead. Spending time in boost_spirit. Upgrading llvm.

David: Getting the IB green with now the many boost modules. Boost modules that we need are enabled in the pcm_util (around 70). Enabled 4 framework module and all modules in cmssw that require a dictionary.

Oksana: Nothing modules related. Reviewing some of the submitted PRs.

Priorities: Enable the boost_spirit. Clean integration build.

Modules status in cmssw: 253/395 (external modules such as boost excluded).
