Description

TWiki has been used as a document collaboration tool at CERN for over 15 years and it is still being maintained.

During October 2019 a TWiki Usage Survey was sent out to the TWiki users of 2019. The goal of the survey is to better understand how TWIki is used, to have the user's perspective of the service and also to understand any future requirements and identify use cases.

This talk will be presentation of the results and a discussion on the findings.
