NLO QCD corrections to pp->tTbB at the LHC

I will discuss recent NLO results for pp->tTbB (arXiv:1001.4006). The precise description of this QCD background is a prerequisite to observe tTH production in the h->bB decay channel and to directly measure the top Yukawa coupling at the LHC.
