The HEPSYSMAN meeting on 4th November 2019 will take place at Queen Mary University London in the School of Physics and Astronomy.

Room details:

G.O. Jones Building (Physics) 4th Floor: room 410

Network access: The meeting area is covered by eduroam, please setup at your home institute before you leave. (Guest wifi will also be available but please use eduroam if you can.)

Vidyo access: Vidyo will be available for remote connections using the UK_HEP_SYSMAN room, linked below.

Lunch: A sandwich lunch will be in the Physics Muesum (1st Floor)

Travel: Using the London underground get to Mile End or Stepney Green Tube Stations. Exit either of these stations and turn left to find the QMUL Campus in about 500m and enter the campus by the white clock tower. As you enter the campus by the clock tower the Physics building is on your right. Further travel details.

Campus map: You can find a map of the University campus with the G.O. Jones building (Physics) marked as number 25.

Hotels: There are too many hotels in London to make recommendations but this list may help.
