The fee of 150.- CHF ( 50.- CHF for students ) should be paid in cash directly to the conference during the reception.
Due to the situation with the corona virus, we are aware that plans for September can be uncertain. For various reasons, you may have to cancel your trip. We may also have to move to a virtual workshop if the situation deteriorates.
We will refund all registration fees if you cannot attend, no questions asked. Furthermore, this should not be an issue since registration fees will be collected directly at the conference.
We ask that you register, just so we can plan the event based on the maximal attendance we can expect if things go well.
Most hotel bookings and travel bookings can be canceled with no financial loss, and we encourage you to do so.
