The 28th edition of the Quark Matter conference took place from 4-9 November 2019 in Wuhan, China. It brought together more than 800 experimentalists and theorists to discuss the latest results in the field of ultra-relativistic nucleus-nucleus collisions. This half-day meeting aims at a discussion of the main topics discussed in Wuhan. It will consist of short summary talks, intertwined with discussion sessions.
