The 'subtitles' investigation started in 2018 and the community request becomes more and more pressing.
Before addressing the subtitles' requirement, we take this opportunity to review the total stack of required applications and equipment for reliable audiovisual services as a whole.
The output should be a clear list of our resources' needs in view of writing a funds' request proposal.
