Part of the goal of this meeting is to prepare the upcoming Project Steering Meeting of WP16 (February 20th) and the TCC Day (March 12th).

Here a preliminary agenda:

• Cost, schedule (for EVM) and resources (M4P): final check before the implementation of the BAC of each contributor on EVM
• Contribution documents: Upcoming modifications in the template and next steps
• Procurement of IT String components and timeline
• Schedule of Installation & de-installation; impact on equipment needed for the installation in the tunnel
• Coordination of common services and controls needs
• Advancements on Integration and coordination of Integration working meetings
• A mention to Safety
• Documentation and internal communication
