GRIDPP44 COLLABORATION MEETING
Venue : Department of Physics, Durham University

The Collaboration Meeting will take place from 13.30 on Wednesday 22nd April until 15.30 on Thursday 23rd April in the Rochester Building, PH8 Lecture Theatre (Building 12 on the map below. Further information about the venue and transportation links can be found on the university website).
Registration desk will be open from 13.00.
The university is within easy reach of Durham railway station.
Parking at the university is limited and therefore permits will not be available to the wider group. If you have specific needs that require on-site parking, you can discuss your requirements directly with Karen Harron or request this on the registration form.
Alternatively, the nearest Park & Ride facility is Howlands, which is a short 12 minute walk to the venue and serviced by regular buses.

ACCOMMODATION
Bed & breakfast accommodation has been arranged at the following hotels and room allocation will be on a first come, first served basis.

- Travelodge Durham : Station Lane, Gilesgate, Durham, DH1 1LJ
The preferred hotels are within easy reach of the railway station and the university.

COLLABORATION DINNER

A drinks reception and dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday, 22nd April (start time TBC).
You will be asked to confirm attendance and dietary requirements during registration.

PMB F2F MEETING (PMB Members Only)
Venue : Department of Physics, Durham University

The PMB F2F will take place from 14.00 to 17.00 on Tuesday, 21st April. in room OC304, within the Ogden Centre for Fundamental Physics (adjacent to the main Physics Department building on the University Science Site, building 12).
